Items must be returned, unworn, in a re-saleable condition* in their original box in a secure outer packaging, such as a consignment bag or outer box and within 14 days of receipt.

*Re-saleable condition means that shoes must be returned in the same condition they were received in, unworn and in their original box and with any original packaging. WHEN TRYING SHOES FOR FIT, PLEASE WEAR INDOORS ON A CARPETED SURFACE ONLY.

All orders are checked before despatch, but should you feel the items are in any way defective, please contact us immediately and we will be more than happy to provide assistance.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY
